New blog coming soon

Good evening to you all.

Just wanted to tell you about a New Monthly Challenge Blog that is starting in September.

Dreamer

Hi everyone, this is my final project for my Guest Design spot with Craft Your Passion.
 
The image is called Dream Catcher by Doodle Pantry. I coloured the image using Copic markers and distressed it using Versafine pink pearlised ink. I used a 7x7 scalloped card blank which I layered with pink Bazzill card and black glitter card. I added a dream sentiment by 7Gypsies and finished with Card Candi, pink and black gems and Stickles glitter.

Flower Girl

 
Good evening everyone.  I hope you have had a wonderful weekend.  It's been windy and rainy here so perfect crafting weather!!
 
This is my design for the latest challenge over at Incy Wincy Designs the theme for this week is Flowers and Lace please come on over and join us.

This is my first make this week.  I used a 6x6 blank card . The image I used is from A Day for Daisies and is called Poppy in my Hair.  I coloured this using Copic Markers and then due cut it using Spellbinders Timeless Rectangle. I layered it using red Bazzill card and finished it with white lace, red and white mulberry poppies and various embellishments including pearlised red Card Candi, pearlised red flowers and clear bling.

Ooh La La

 
Hi everyone.  I hope you had a lovely weekend.  Luckily I managed to catch the glorious sunshine in between crafting!!
 
This is my debut make as a Design Team member of Incy Wincy Designs.  The theme for this week is vintage.  A big thanks to Chris for taking me on board this fabulous team :)   xx
 
For this project I used a 6x6 blank card.  The image is by Rick St. Dennis and is called  Paris en Plume.  I coloured this using Copic markers  and Gelly Roll pen and distressed it using Tim Holtz inks.  The backing papers I used were brown vintage Fleur de Lis from my craft stash and also Sweet Paris by Dovecraft.  I added pearls and a bow from the Dovecraft Sweet Paris range.

Glitzy Skull

 Hi Everyone, this is my second project of three for my Guest Design spot with Craft Your Passion.

The image is called Skull With Roses by Rick St. Dennis. I coloured the image using Copic markers and a Gelly Roll pen. I started off with a white 6x6 pearlised blank card which I layered with dark purple Bazzill card. I then covered it in pink web material. I added WOW embossing powder and distressed it using Versafine pink pearlised ink. I layered it onto purple pearlised card and added a hand tied double bow and various gems and embellishments.

Little Drummer Boy

Hi Everyone,
 
This is a quick make card I made this morning before work starts.  The stamp I used is from Crafters Companion Angelica and Adam Collection and is called 'Drummer Boy'.  I coloured this using Spectrum Noir pens.  I layered it up using blue pearlised card which I embossed with stars and then added a Happy Birthday sentiment and various other embellishments.

From Sassy With Love

Good evening.  I thought I would share with you this quick make Mothers Day card that I put together whilst I'm pondering my next project. 
 
I started with a 6x6 scalloped card blank. The image I used was from Elisabeth Bell and is called Sweet n Sassy. I coloured it using Spectrum Noir pens.  I added various die cuts from my craft stash, pearlised flowers and heart embellishments. The backing paper I used was from the Pink Petticoat Wild Blossom Collection.

Monochrome Tilda

Good evening everyone.  Well, I have had such a hectic craft week but it has been an absolute delight making this Tilda card.  I've had so much fun.  :)
 
I used a 6x6 pearlised black card blank. I layered it with black and white paper from my stash and black glitter card. The image I used is called New Year Sakura Tilda. I coloured this using Copic markers and die cut the image using Marianne Creatables LR0240. I added a black doily and various die cuts including Tattered Lace Large Flourish, Tattered Lace Blossoming Flourish, Tattered Lace Angelique Flower and butterfly die cuts from my stash. I finished it off with a black and white embellishments namely a flower shaped button, paper roses, a bow and clear gems. I hand stamped a Dovecraft 'Mum' sentiment and added Stickles Glitter.

FitzTown - February (Challenge # 69 - Use Green) - Picture Perfect

Hi everyone, welcome to my latest creation.

This is my design for the latest challenge over at FitzTown Challenge Blog it's Challenge #69 and the theme is Use Green. Please come on over and join in with us:



The Image I used is called Cameo 13  To find other exciting images please visit the Fitztown Store.  




I used a 6x6 square card blank, I layered it with green Bazzill card and patterned paper from my craft stash. The image is FitzTown Cameo 13 which I coloured using Copic markers and I added green stickles I then mounted the image on to green glitter card, distressed it with Tim Holtz green distress ink and then added Card Candi and a hand tied double bow.

Craft your Passion GDT Spot (1st of 3) - Pretty Pearly

Hi, Welcome to my latest creation.
 
I am proud to announce that this is my first of three GDT spots for Craft Your Passion thanks so much to Lisa for her invite and kindness :) 
 
The fabulous image I used is Pearls in my Hair from A Day for Daisies. I coloured this using Copic markers and distressed it using Ranger Liquid Pearls in Petal Pink. I used a 6x6 white card blank and layered up pink holographic paper and Pink Petticoat Wild Blossom Collection patterned paper. I then added die cuts from Memory Box and Spellbinders. I added a Grosgrain hand tied double bow and embellished it using pearls and sparkles.
