Traditional Tilda

Hello everyone,

I have had a busy week with my latest creation. This is my first ever traditional Christmas card make. I used 6x6 metallic card which I embossed with gold snowflakes. I cut pearlised backing card and distressed it with Tim Holtz inks. I also used a patterned green paper which I found in my paper stash. I cut all of these using my Quickutz nesting frame dies. The image I used is Winter Tilda which I coloured using Copic markers. The Noel letters I already had in my stash of "things I may be able to make use of one day". I glittered Tilda using Stickles Icicle glitter glue. The green bow I made from Organza ribbon and the gold metallic ribbon I used to make the bow more interesting. I then added white and red poinsettias along with a fir cone which I embellished using my Gelly Roll white pen and then I finished with various gems.

Cosy Carol Singers

Good evening all. My make for this week is the Christmas Carols by the Paper Shelter which I coloured using Copic markers and layered using papers from the Helz Cuppleditch Special Delivery paper pad. The embellishments I used were snowflakes from X-cut which I glittered, a Merry Christmas die cut by Tattered Lace which I pearlised and glittered and baubles by Marianne Designs which I also pearlised and glittered. I then added pink glitter ribbon and various other gems.

Cosy Tilda

Hi Everyone,

Here is my latest Tilda make. I started with a 6x6 card and layered silver holographic card on top followed by snowflake printed paper. I coloured the image (It's cold outside Tilda) using Copic markers. I then die cut using the Lea'bilities - frame oval curves and I also edged the card using the Joy! Crafts - Winter Wishes die. I finished the card off with a magnolia Noel sentiment and also some glittered snowflakes which were cut out using my electronic cutting machine.

Butterfly Princess

Hi Everyone

I am back with another Card using an Image from Fitztown.  This time it's the gorgeous Fae 33 and I coloured her using Promarkers and Copics. I went with a Pink colour choice as she is so pretty and feminine and enhanced this by adding Silver and White.   I used a 7 x 7 Card Blank and I layered Silver Mirri and Pink Bazzill Card onto this.   I added a Silver Organza Ribbon tied into a Double Bow and topped this with a Sparkly Pink Gem.  To finish I added Large Daisy flowers, X Cut Mini Butterflies and Clear Gems.

Purple Delights

Hello Everyone!

Thank you for stopping by to share my latest make.  I so enjoyed making this card!  The Image is from Fitztown and this Gorgeous Girl is called Cameo 3.  I coloured this image using Promarkers and to add that extra bit of Glitz I used Dovecraft Lavender Glitter to the flowers in her hair.  I used a 7 x 7" card blank.  The bottom layer is Purple Bazzill card and I mounted Purple Pinstripe Card onto this.  The frame is a Wild. Rose Studio die called Floral Frame.  To finish I added a Bow and Purple Pearl Heart Gems to the corners.

Tilda with Balloon

Hi Everyone!!

I would like today to share this card I have made for a Family Member.  She doesn't like over fussy cards and I think that this suits her just right.  The image is called Tilda with Balloon and I have coloured her using Promarkers.  The Card Blank is a 6" Scalloped Square and I used Magnolia Tilda Love Background Paper.  I Stamped the Image and then cut her out using a Spellbinders Oval Die.  I Stamped the Sentiment and cut this using a Shaped Frame Die.  I added a Pink Grosgrain Ribbon and Hand Tied the Bow.  To finish I added some Gems to decorate.  Got to have a little bit of Bling!!!!
